How to make fast food fried beef noodles

Food Ingredients to make fast food fried beef noodles:

150 grams of dried noodles, boiled and drained
200 grams beef cut into small pieces almost like a matchstick
4 large red chilies, seeded and cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons butter or oil
1 tablespoon black soy sauce if there
1/2sendok eat pepper or more, according to taste
1 green bell pepper (if no, do not worry)
Seasoning for meat:

1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg white grains
1 tablespoon flour or cornstarch
