Asparagus is one of the vegetables consumed part of young stems or shoots. Asparagus is widely consumed by the public consists of two types, namely white asparagus and green asparagus. White asparagus is cultivated in the highlands and are not often found in Indonesia.

I. Nursery
Nursery land plowed and mixed with manure.
Make beds with a width of 120 cm, with 40 cm wide moat and 40 cm high.

II. Transplanting
Preparation of seed:
Dig beds carefully to revoke asparagus seedlings and their roots.

Land preparation:

III. Treatment

IV. Harvest
Harvesting can be done 4-5 months after the removal of plants or 10 months after sowing.

Harvest after 25 cm and a height bamboo shoots before bloom.
Do it every day until harvest bamboo shoots that grow new small diameter.
